Overall,the percentage of boys doing exercises is obviously larger than that of girls.The percentage of kids and youth taking part in physical activity decreases when the number of days increases. Looking at the information in detail,nearly all Canadian boys spend at least half an hour exercising, with 85% of them willing to spend not less than one hour on it.Moreover, more than half of the boys involve in physical activity for 60 minutes and above for at least 3 days.However,there is only 9% of boys use exactly or more than 60 minutes in exercises,which is a significant drop in percentage compared to the percentage mentioned above.
As for girls,approximately three-fourth of them are willing to exercise for at least one hour for not less than one day.However,the ratio of girls exercising for at least 60 minutes for a minimum of 3 days dramatically decreases by nearly 40% compared to that for not less than 1 day.The percentage of girls spending not less than half an hour doing physical activity for at least 6 days also experience a noticeable drop of 52% compared to that for at least 3 days.
