While the ratio of carbohydrates in the average diet is 40%, which is the smallest proportion compared with the other two types. However, the healthy diet stands in the middle between them by percentage of 50% in carbohydrates.
Regarding protein, the average diet represents the largest proportion of 40%. Whilst the athlete’s healthy diet contains the lowest ratio of 25%. Furthermore, the fat level has the same ratio of 20% in both average and healthy diet. Moreover, healthy diet for sports people appears to have the lowest percentage of fat at 15%.
