It is clear that people mainly use sodium and saturated fat for preparing their breakfast. Therefore, consumers add sugar mostly to the their super while eating snacks.
According to the charts people usually use sodium and saturated fat for their main meals, more than 37% for the dinner, and more than 25% for the lunch. However using some sugar take a negligible part, it is under 20%
The charts show that, for breakfast people use each nutrients under 16% which is almost the smallest percentage for each of them. When it comes to snacks, adding sugar is the highest, it is 42%. The other nutrients take a small part, it is 14% for eating sodium and 21% of using saturated fat
