Central Asia and Southeast Asia also have high agricultural water usage, at 88% and 81%, respectively. Domestic use in Central Asia is 7%, and industrial use is 5%, while in Southeast Asia, domestic use is 12% and industrial use is 7%.
Overall, it is evident that agricultural use is predominant in South America, Africa, Central Asia, and Southeast Asia, while industrial use is more significant in North America and Europe.
