The illustrated pie charts present the proportion of readers which chose to read specific kinds of book at A&Z library in 2009.
Overall, it is apparent that both generations preffered to read self-help books. Generally, it is obvious that almost every figure shows similar percentage, except biograph ies books that were more preffered by younger ones.
As for the 18-25 years old readers, a self-help books were the bestsellers, making up 58%, while least opted for type of books were the science fictions, accounting for only 9%. Moreover, the readers had a preference for novels more than biograph ies: 23%>10%.
As for the 26-34 years old individuals, preference of majority was for a motivating books, constituting 42%, turning out the bestseller as for 18-25 years old readers. However, biograph ies accounted for 31%, overtaking the proportion of biograph ies preffered by younger people. Although thid kind of book had such a difference, novels and science fiction books were almost at the same level as for 18-25 years old ones, making up 20% and 7%.
