Additionally, the saturated fat witnesses a small higher consumption on snacks and breakfast by 7% and 2% respectively. Furthermore, both of nutrition which consumed in lunch occupy a quarter, which is lower than the figure for collecting saturated fat in dinner by almost 10%.
In added sugar pie chart, it is easy to see that snacks is the highest way to receive sugar at 42%, which is the same as the sum of sugar collection from dinner and lunch at 23% and 19% respectively. Finally breakfast is the lowest way to consume added sugar.
