The given maps illustrate how Paradise island has developed for travel-related purposes in the past and the present.
Overall, the island was intended to serve as a study area with some natural surroundings in the past. Later on, it was completely transformed into a magnificent metropolis.
Regarding the previous chart, there were a few solitary trees in the northern and central parts of the island. On the western side, by the trees, had stood the scientific research station. In addition, the area’s northwest and northeast had the beach, a naturally occurring spring, and rocks, respectively. Moreover, there was a pier to the west that had some boating amenities.
In terms of current chart, the area is being transformed into a stunning city, with a hotel complex and swimming pool taking the place of the research center. The region has seen the construction of a restaurant and the removal of trees. To the right of the restaurant, there’s a built-in BBQ area and café. Additionally, the city has a cycle route that circles it. Rocks and natural springs were preserved, and a picturesque area grew up next to the rocks. Swimming is now permitted on the beach, and the pier has been enlarged. The old boat facility has been replaced by a cruise ship.
