The diagram illustrates how ethanol fuel is made from corn to a ready-to-use product for a gas station.
Overall, the process consists of nine different stages which are all essential for preparing corn out of a cultication to a flower-type commodity which after transformation under special technichs becomes one of the most popular power sources.
Firstly, corn seeds are harvested, stored in a shed and then mulled to a powdery state. Following that, it is mixed with some water as well as cooked for several hours and then goes to a fermentation factory where after two days’ time there will be a solid product received. Then it is time for its separation on both hard material and liquid. Finally, the ethanol is excluded from this material in a purifying factory. On this stage it should later be transported by vehicles to a gas station, ready to be used by drivers.
