The diagram illustrates how plastic products are made from raw materials.
Overall, the production of plastic products consists of multiple stages, beginning with the transfer of raw materials from oil refinery into a tank and ending with the storage of finished products in a warehouse. While most step are done by machines, the last few tasks are taken care by workers.
Initially, raw materials are delivered from oil refinery by truck and placed into a large storage tank. Later, the raw materials are transtormed into long molecules of plastic by high-pressure oven. In the following step, the altered molecules travel through plastic granulation, and injection moulding machine. The injection moulder melts plastics into desired shape forms using molds. Once moulded, the machine releases the products for workers to check the quality of the result.
The quality controller employee distinguishes the plastic products whether it goes to waste or into package. Finally, plastic goods are packaged to go into storage in warehouse, ready to get used
