Looking from an overview perspective, it is readily clear that this man-made process comprises various stages, beginning with mixing water and milk together, followed by many physical and chemical steps, and ending with soft cheese being completed.
At the first stage of the process, milk is mixed with water after which it is frozen at 5C for 2 hours. After that, salt is added to the mixture before being fermented under the heat of 35C for 6 hours.
The process continues with the liquid being cooked under 100C for 8 hours. During this step, water evaporates to form steam while the liquid becomes thicker. Following this, this thick liquid is filtered to remove wasted water before being kept cool at 5C in the period of 6 hours. Finally, it is filtered again to turn into soft cheese which is ready for consumption.
