With regards to cooking and cleaning, the percentage of females is significantly more than males, with a gap of approximately 20%. The proportion of pet care by males comprises nearly one in five, which was slightly high from females at 20%. When it comes to house repair, just under 20% of men do it, which is twice as high as women.
In terms of the amount of time that is spent cooking and cleaning by women was higher than men, constituting nearly 85% and just under 70%, 60% and around 45%, respectively. The figures for pet care were equal in both genders, which accounted for 20%, while the average time of females who spent to repair the house was lower than males, with just over 13%.
