Overall, there are three main stages in total. Firstly, trees should be grown thorughout 17 years. After cutting them, wood would be processed until it changes the shape into small tall sticks. Finally, it would be coloured and packed to the box.
In the first stage, plant should be grown in the special green house. After 4 months, it is replanted to the garden, so throughout 3 years it make bigger itself. At adulthood, it lives 14 years until cutting it for the manufacturing. In the following stage, wood is cut from thin slats and treated to the ready wood desk throughout 2 months.
As result, it glued with black leads and put new slat, giving shape of sandwich. Before cutting it, it is very strongly pressed until it would be one block. In the end, pencil is colouring and packing to the small boxes.
