The flowchart describes perfectly the production of plastic paper of different colours in a small factory. The process mainly includes seven steps starting from ‘Molten Plastic’ to ‘Packaging and Dispatching’.
Firstly, the process of production begins with molten plastic being put into different coloured moulds. There are three moulds such as Red Mould, Blue Mould and Yellow Mould. Then, the plastic in the mould is sent to Quality Control, where a machine check takes place for checking the strength of the plastic. If the plastic passes the Quality Control check, it is sorted by hand and if not, the plastic is rejected there and then.
Thereafter, once the plastic is sorted by hand, it is passed onto mixed and single colours. Again, it goes through another Quality Control where colour mixture or single colour is checked on the plastic. Once the plastic passes this final quality check, it is then carefully packed so as to be sent to the end-user. Finally, after the process of packaging, the coloured plastic paper clips are dispatched from the small factory.
