The table given depicts the average retirement age of men and women of 6 different countries, namely, Australia, United States, Japan, Italy, France, and Korea in 2003.
Overall, it is evident from the table that Korea was the country with the highest retirement age for both men and women while France was the country with the least retirement age.
Firstly, let us look at Korea, as we can see the average retirement age for the country is pretty high compared to the rest, that is, 68 years 8 months for men and 67 years and 2 months for women. Followed by this is, Japan, United States and Australia all having similar age limits ranging around 63 to 67 years.
Secondly let us look at France, the country which had the least age retirement among the population which was 57 years 4 months for men and 56 years 9 months for women indicating early retirements. In addition to this, Italy as well showed around the same percentage with 58 years 4 months in men and 56 years 9 months in women.
