The graphs illustrates the percentage of people in the UK travelling to work by different means of transport in two different years.
According to the chart British people use various types of transport when they go to their work place. Most workers prefer to get to work by driving their own car. Some of them use public transport like bus or train and others choose to walk on foot. The fewest people are just passengers in a car.
Regarding to the illustrated graph the percentage of some the methods of travel to work has increased significantly. For instance,there were more passengers in public transport in 2011 than in 2001. More people have strated cycling to work. But the number of car drivers is smaller. Only the persentage of those who walk on foot, its remains the same.
To elaborate further the British population has changed its method of travel to work, but not significantly.
