Overall, the approximate travel time to work has a significant increase over a five decade as a result of raising in length. Both 1959 and 2009 have the same proportions of train while the percentage of car used by people rising, and people are less likely to approach to work by foot.
Firstly, the way of transportation that people in 1959 prefered the most is by foot for 55 percent, because average distance to work is about 3.5 kilometres and took about 17 minutes, while used in bus that were equally in proportion to car is mediocre at 15 percent. Moreover, back then car was not nearly as popular amoung woker as today and it took about only 10 percent from the chart, and 5 percent left is other way of transportation.
However, in 2009 it turn upwards a car became popular and raising to 35 percent, while travelling to work by foot became less popular due to approximately distance at 19 kilometres, and incline the average duration to 42 minutes.
