The pie charts illustrate about the Europian travel journey between office and hometown in distinct transportations, comparing the consumption in 1959 and 2009. This data is divided into the growth and lower usage of the journey, given in percentages. Overall, it can be seen that, foot walking used to be the largest proportion of travelling, whereas in 2009 it was replaced by car.
Starting with the transportation usage types that had been rose from 1959 to 2009, car used to be consumed at only 10 percent. After fifthy years later, car utility rate surged to 35 percent and it was the highest proportion rate among the others. The other transport type moved upward neggligibly from 5 to 12 percent, while the train usage was remained steady at 15 percent.
In contrast, travelling by foot trend was significantly dropped from 55 percent to 25 percent as it was the most used transportation in 1959. In addition, the bus consumption rate declined gradually from 15 to 13 percent.
