Overall, the gram for beef, lamb and fish declined significantly, except chicken which growth gradually over the time. In addition, the consumption of beef in inital year had the highest figure.

Starting with the intake of beef in 1979, this source was the main with roughly about 220 grams per week, it showed a sharp decrease followed by rapid increase forwming heart bit. Between 1994 and 1999 this type of meat made up about 150 grams and in last year it constituted 100 gr. Furthermore seafood such as fish declined only approximately 10 grams, recording 50 grams.

Chicken and lamb showed almost similar pattern in first year, but after a few decades former went up sharply to 240 in 1999 and latter went down dramatically to 70 grams. In 2004 both chiken and lamb comprised 250 and 60 grams respectively
