First of all, it is evident that fish was the least consumed meat in all the considered period of time, generally its trand was constant in alla the adopted period with a value nearly 50 weekly grams per person. Lamb consumption decliend during all the time, its started with a value of 150 and arrived to almost 70.

Beef started as most consumed meat in 1979, between 1979 and 1984 it achieved a peak and entered in a plateau until 1988, thus its constantly declined to 100 in 2004. At the contrary, chicken consumption started with a value aproximately similar to lamb, and it rose exponentially, overtaken the quantity of consumed beef in 1989, and finally achieved the result of 250 in 2004.
