The diagram delineates the process involved in the production of coffee by using a dry method.
Overall, the process comprises 12 stages, commencing from the hand-selection of beans and culminating in the packaging and selling processes.
Initially, the beans are sorted out by hands and seived. Following the cleaning process, beans are exposed to sunlight for 4 weeks. Once they have been dried, they are then raked, turned and stored in silo. Beans are sent to mill by a truck to undergo a process of hulling and grading which involves using a special rectangular equipment. Grading follows, with the coffee beans being bagged and sold, but further care is taken such as roasting, to pack it and sell to the consumers.
