Overall, it is clear that all three spreads had had some fluctuations. So, since 1996 low fat was never consumed. However, its usage showed rapid increase.in terms of butter, despite high consumption it fell down year by year.
In detail, sine 1981 to 2001 margarine indicated stable trend between 80 and 100 gram. Nevertheless, this usage dropped to 40 gram in 2007. Meanwhile, between 1996 and 2001 if low fat had a rise, margarine declined. In two thousand one margarine and low fat had a similar number of consumptions, it was about 82 gram.
In terms of butter and low fat, they showed completely opposite lines. Butters graph from approximately 149 dropped significantly to 45 gram over the years. On the contrary, low fat’s gram rose rapidly to approximately 82 gram in 2007.
