In 1986 , the Butter was the highest with 160 grams ,but then Butter fell dramatically and in 2007 , the Butter was the lowest of point with 50 grams. The Margarine was fluctuated from 1981 to 1991, and then remained stable for a year before drop significantly between 1996 and 2007.
In 1996 , low fat & reduced spreads introduced , and then low-fat increased sharply and reached a peak in 2001 with more than 80 grams ,after reached a peak low-fat decline slightly .
