Looking from an overall perspective, it is clear that the park has undergone a number of modifications, the most important of which include the appearance of the research and development building and the increase in the number of traffic facilities such as cycle paths and roads.
In the North of the park, there used to be huge grassland, however, this place has been demolished to make way for the research and development building connected to the office areas by a new road. Moreover, an university hub has been built in the place where there used to be a reception.
On the other hand, while the Business Units and the Car Park in the centre of the Park have been unchanged, the IT Centre was converted into the Innovation centre. Furthermore, the Cyber Security has been expanded to the North. A station has also been constructed by the railway in the South. Meanwhile, there has been a construction of a cycle path from the top right corner of the park to the West and some small paths to connect several buildings.
