The entrance and reception are located near Chimney Road, leading into a yard area surrounded by various office buildings and a canteen. On the left side, there is a storage unit and a parking lot. On the far right, a factory is positioned next to Pie Walk.
According to the development plan, the industrial buildings will be removed and replaced by housing units. Along Chimney Road, four two-bedroom houses will be built, while to the left, a three-bedroom house and a larger four-bedroom house are planned along Toe Lane. The factory will be replaced with an apartment building and a parking area. Communal gardens will be added in the center of the site, and two private roads will provide access to parking garages from Swallow Street.
