The layout depicts the heart of an insignificant city entitled Islip as it is in its present condition and plans for its modernization of the park from 2016 to 2016.
Overall, it is evident that Islip town will go through significant changes over the next period. The most noticeable changes will be the development of a bus station, a car park, a dual carriageway, along with housing in the whole town center.
Firstly, there are shops at the northern countryside of the Islip town center which the authority will demolish to expand as a shopping center, a bus station, and a car park. In a similar way, housing which is located at the core of the city center will be knocked down and reconstructed into three several buildings: one on the west-south side, a second on the southeast corner, and another on the northeast corner.
Moreover, the main road between shops centers which is east to west will be removed and renovated for pedestrians only. It is worth noticing that the road to the west south will be modernized around the city center; furthermore, it will be extended with dual carriageway convenience. Finally, the park and school, which are in their present conditions at the east-south and west-south sides approximately, will be at the same location, yet the park will be set up as new with less area than at present.
