The image shows two maps comparing Stokeford in 1930 and 2010. In 1930, Stokeford has a bridge to the north over River Stoke, with farmland on either side, and a road leading southeast from the bridge to a post office, shops, and a large house southeast, with a primary school and gardens further east; two distinct areas of farmland are present. In 2010, the map features the same bridge and river location but with significantly less farmland, a notable increase in residential housing replacing previous farmland especially east of the primary school, a newly introduced retirement home north of the primary school, and the primary school maintains a similar position, with roads more connected forming more loops and links.
Given the complexity of the image, the above description may not be entirely accurate.

The maps provide the change of the town of Stokeford in 1930 and in 2010.
Overall, in 1930, farmlands occupied most of the village. However, in 2010, many houses were built and they took up most of the town.
In 1930, there was the River Stoke west of Stokeford. Farmland was located east of the River. There is a straight road in the centre. On the western side of the road, there were a few houses, shops and a post office. On the east part of the street, there are dwellings, a primary school and farmland. Also there was a large house with a huge garden.
In 2010, the river was unchanged but the other things were changed so much. Both farmlands disappeared. There were new roads connected with the original road. Many homes were built through roads and the primary school was expanded. The post office remained but the shops were gone. The large house was replaced by a retirement home.
