The road network gernerally ramain unchanged while the buildings and industries are either removed or relocated. The railway line was buried with cottages dismantled. The main Wasteland in the middle of the town has now reestablished to a Street Park and a children’s playground.

Moreover, the type of residential properties show a tencency of becoming intensive and multi-level. Flats and Mansions were built to substitude houses and cottages. As a result of the increase of citizen numbers, more shops deploy a shop array on the eastern side of New Lane. The number of cafe and laundry remain unchanged.

The redevelopment of the town may reflect serveral shifts on commercial focus.
