Dear Mr and Mrs Collins,

I would like to inform you about my attendance to Chris’s suprise birthday party plan. First of all, throwing a surprise birthday party is one of the most sincere and hearth warming thing for a parent to do. I used to be so happy when my parents do that kind of things because it made me feel loved and valuable as a child. Therefore i am quite sure that Chris will be delighted at the party andit will worth all the effort.

I wish i could attend to the party but nowadays i am suffering from my health condition. As a diabetic person high blood sugar levels are effecting my ability to travel since i have to be staying at hospital time to time. To sum it up ı won’t be able to make it to a foreign country anytime soon.

On the other hand if i will solve my health problems ı would like to visit Chris next year during my planned touristic visit to Australia.
