Dear Mr and Mrs Collins,
I hope this letter finds you well. I was delighted to receive your invitation regarding the surprise birthday party you are organizing for chris’s upcoming 21st birthday. It was very thoughtful of you to include me in such a special occaison.
I have no doubt that Chris is going to thoroughly enjoy the surprise party. He always appreciates unexpected gestures, and having all his closest friends together to mark the occaison is certainly somthing he will cherish. Given his current routine at his job as a librarian, a lively surprise will be a wonderful change of pace for him.
Unfortunately, I will be unable to attend the party on December the 22nd. I have a prior commitment involving a family event in my home country that I simply cannot reschedule.I am incredibly disappointed to miss out on the festivities.
However; I am keen to see Chris soon and have arranged an alternative plan. I am currently planning a visit to Perth West Australia around January the 1st; and we have tentatively decided to catch up over dinner. I will certainly make sure to pass on my best wishes for a fantastic day!
Thank you once again for your kind invitation. I wish Chris an unforgettable birthday celebration, and I look forward to hearing from you soon
Warm regards,
your AZIZ LEMZERI
