Overall, the pie chart indicates that the highest amount of time is allocated to other activities, from working to socializing, among others, and less time is spent on working out. Whereas, the histogram shows that women in the 25 to 39 age group and men in the 18 to 24 age group care about their health more compared with other ones.
According to pie chart, the UK citizens set aside their time for things other than rest, sports, and health(nearly 60%), which this figure was fewer twofold for sleep (about 30%). In contrast, they allot less time to working out and health and fitness, which account for 3% and 4% of this figure.
Moving onto other categories, up to the age of 24, men spend more time on their health and fitness least 10 h per week, compared with women. Then, it was reserved for women in the 25 to 39 and 40 to 54 age groups, and they allocate their time to health least 10 h per week. Females and males tend to spend more time on their health and fitness (almost 12.5) in aged of 25 to 39 and 18 to 24, respectively. Furthermore, women and men in the aged over 55 allot the same time to their health (9 h).
