At a glance, it is noticeable that the proportion of job postings for software engineers increased considerably throught the period studied.
In fact, the latter surged sharply by 25%; from a modest 15% in 1995 to a hefty 40% at the end of the study period. On the other hand, sales associates’ ratio, which were the highest at 1995 with 45%, plummeted significantly by one-third attaining 30% by 2020. Furthermore, it can be seen from the data that the pattern is similar for the offers of employment in teaching, which decreased from 40% in the beginning of the study to 30% in 2020 as well.
It is worth mentioning that the share in 1995 was not balanced among the fileds in the offers of employement. Conversely, in 2020, ratios in labor market were more equiponderant with closer levels than the past era.
