In terms of export categories, the US mainly focuses on technology while Vietnam exports food and consumable goods. This may show the different advancement in both countries, the US already able to develop raw materials to various products while Vietnam relies more on agricultural sector and raw goods. Overall, the difference between the two countries help foster an economic bond that benefits both sides.
