The three pie charts illustrate information on the alteration in chosen social media platforms of global Internet users in the years 2011, 2012 and 2013. The units are measured in percentage.
Overall, the largest proportion of users in the world is allocated to Facebook while the users of Pinterest stood at the least percentage till the end of the period. It is also noticeable that, there were a gradually rise in the other social medias, namely, Twitter, Linkedln and Google+.
According to the percentage of Facebook users picked at 59% in 2011 and this media decreased significantly to 49% and 38% in 2012, 2013 respectively.
Turning to the users of Twitter and Linkedln started at 21 % and 10% in the beginning of the period, respectively. However, they began to increase by approximately 2 % for a single year; finished at 25% and 15% separately.
In 2011, the proportion of Internet users in Google+ and Pinterest began at 5% together in the least percent. After that, the percentage of Google+ users tripled until 2013, while Pinterest users increased by 3% and it saved its least point throughout the time frame.
