Analyzing the two maps in greater detail, in 2010, the theater was situated within a rectangular area, with a small protrusion at the top right and the main door on the south side. In the proposed plan, the ticket on the southwest corner was relocated to the southeast corner, and the admin office on the west side was moved next to the auditorium for the purpose of a new restaurant in 2012. Additionally, the cafe on the southeast corner was removed.
Turning to the other facilities, the auditorium in the middle was remained unchanged. Moving to the north, the dressing room was moved to the northwest corner to make way for a new corridor and expanded a stage on the north side. Finally, the storage on the northwest was moved to northeast corner, providing room for a dressing room and shower.
