The two pictures compare the site of the ground floor of a museum between 1990 and 2010. It is clear that this place underwent a number of marked changes and the most significant alteration is that the archaeology gallery was demolished to make room for two new places. Another noteworthy observation is that the natural history room, museum office, entrance, stairs and local history room remained the same after 20 years.
Specifically, in 1990, there was a museum office including the reception counter to the left of the entrance, and the natural history room and gift shop were located next to the north of it. By 2010, the location of the natural history and museum remained unchanged but the reception counter was situated outside the museum. The gift shop was pulled down to make room for a new Cafe and gift shop.
On the other side of the map, in 1990 there was a local history room to the right of the entrance, and an archeology gallery is next to the front of it. By 2010, the local history room remained intact, while the archeology gallery was knocked down and replaced by a children’s interactive zone and poster display area.
