The process illustrates the diverse steps and types of equipment involved in the manufacture of pineapple products.
Overall, the process indicates three types of products (juice, pineapple cans, and exporting products) from pineapple which include five stages; starting with flourishing and finishing with preparation for consumption.
Firstly, pineapples grow for 11 months at 30cm and 2 kg at a temperature of 28-30C. Next, they are washed with water and then classified into three categories. The former and latter are removed from their crowns and in the next step, they are peeled, while the third category of pineapples is waxed.
In the subsequent stages of the process, the first group of pineapples is put in an extractor, and the extract is liquid and mature is chopped, while the third group of pineapples is put into boxes. Finally, the resulting products (pineapple juice, cans, and chemical pineapples) ready to be distributed to the customers.
