Overall, in 2010, the number of researcher in universities was higher than the former year, and local students was the team that people had participated the most. In other chart, the first position belonged to local male’s category compared to the least was non-local male or female.
To specify, the total number or research learners was 38,849 people in 2001, then it significantly increased up to 54,081 in the next 10 years. 39,948 people was the impressive number of researchers who were native Australian, while the other team was two times fewer than this.
Regarding the pie chart, the data of local men began at 44%, which was the highest proportion at that time; however, it declined slightly by 6% in 2010. The same pattern occurred with the local female’s figures. Although others numbers tend to decrease, non-local male and non-local female were the only two rose their percentages. In 2010, both of them were went up to 12% and 15% for non-local men and non-local women, respectively.
