The table depicts the number of visitors to the Memphis Museum, the year before and the year after its renovation. While, the pie charts gives the information of the research results on people’s satisfaction when they visited to the museum during those two periods.
Overall, it is clearly evident that the number of visitors drastically increased after the refurbishment. However, the year before renovation, people’s satisfactory response was bad which later, the year after renovation has greatly changed to good.
To begin with, 68,000 individuals visited the museum before the year of renovation. Moreover, majority of them were rated as bad which coins to 42.9%. In contrast, 30.8% were satisfied and gave good feedback. Additionally, only 13.2% were extremely happy with the place accounting it to very good and 8.8% were disappointed and gave very bad rating. Whereas, only 4.4 which was the least percentage did not respond.
On the other hand, year after the refurbishment of Memphis experienced to skyrocket with 89,000 visitors. Around 3/4th of the visitors gave the positive feedback, with 30.6% as very good and 45.9% as good which accounts to largest pace of satisfaction. By contrast, only 12.2% stated as bad and 5.1% very bad. However, 6.1% of visitors remained neutral and did not share any response.
