The table compares patients’ evaluations of three health centres across five different services on a scale from 1 to 10. Overall, Peveril Centre achieved the highest average rating at 8.3, followed by Marchbank and Longston Centres with 7.2 and 5.8, respectively.
Peveril Centre received the highest scores for booking appointments and response to concerns, the only two categories scoring above 9, at 9.1 and 9.6, respectively. Meanwhile, doctors’ service ratings exceeded 8 at all three centres.
In terms of care of children, Peveril and Marchbank Centres had nearly identical scores, with Peveril holding a slight edge of 0.2 points. Similarly, Longston Centre’s score for care of children was equal to Peveril’s pharmacy service rating, both at 6.0.
