The given table above illustrates service evaluation of three health centers, which are Longston Center, Peveril Center and Marchbank Center, which is evaluated by patients. The evaluation range is from 1 which means disappointing to 10 which means excellent. The patients gave their evaluation based on five different categories.
First of all, Peveril Center took the highest overall score which was 8.3. Though this center took the highest scores in every aspect of evaluation, reaction to concerns and booking appointment took almost perfect score which were 9.6 and 9.1 respectively. This center took its lowest score in pharmacy which was 6.3. aside from that all of their score was above 7.5. Marchbank Center placed second with average score of 7.2. This center’s best aspect was their doctors’ service which was the only category that exceed 8 point. Their pharmacy and response to concerns took lowest scores which was 5.8 and 6.5 respectively. Marchbank Centers’ care of children and booking appointment were quite average in this table.
Longston Center took the worst scores in every aspect of their service. The best aspect of this center was their doctors’ service which was the only one with 8 point. Except that aspect their every service were below 6.3, which was taken by their care of children. Especially response to concerns took 4.3 point which is the lowest in the whole table.
