Pharmacy was the least appreciated, with a score of 6.3, which is nevertheless higher than evaluations of this aspect for the other two centres. In addition, response to concerns received the highest rating, not only among other categories of services, but also among all centres, with a score of 9.6. Meanwhile, Marchbank Centre consistently occupied the middle position across all service categories.
