The table below shows the band scores of scholars from different language group who took the IELTS exam in 2010.
Overall, the pupil who spoke German had the highest score in the IELT exam which was 6.7. Meanwhile, the students who spoke French and Malay had a band score of 6.5 and 6.3 respectively. In addition, the Indonesian had a band mark of 6.3 which was the overall lowest score in the IELTS exam.
To begin, the Germans got the highest score in all sections of the IELTS exam excluding the reading part which was 6.3, which was the second highest band in the IELTS exam. Moreover, the Indonesian had an almost equal amount of grade in listening, reading and writing which was 6.2, 6.1 and 6.1 respectively. Meanwhile, they had the second highest score in speaking which was about 6.7.
Furthermore, the scholars who spoke french and Malay had equal markings in speaking which was a band score of 6.6. Moreover, the french students had better scores than the Malaysians in both listening and writing, but Malaysians had better band score in reading than the french students which was 6.4.
