Overall, Cambodia, Egypt, and Mexico have the largest usage of rice, wheat, and maize, respectively. Notably, people in Egypt consume the highest amount of calories per day out of all four countries.
In terms of rice, citizens in Cambodia consume rice the most with 1445 calories intake, which is nearly three times than people in Egypt do. By contrast, both Mexico and Poland’s individuals have the minimal caloric intake of rice daily, at 57 and 19 calories, respectively.
Concerning wheat, citizens in Egypt consume the highest amount of calories per day (1095), closely followed by those in Poland (865). The figures for Mexico and Cambodia are left far behind, with only 275 calories and 18 calories, respectively.
Regarding maize, at 1083 calories per day, it is the top option of people in Mexico. This is almost double that of Egyptian citizens and nearly ten times that of Cambodian citizens. Specifically, people in Poland do not consume maize as their basic food.
