The given table compares about the proportion of patients who were satisfied with the four types of service in three different hospitals, namely, Hospital A, Hospital B, and Hospital C. Overall, the percentage of patients had higher proportion of satisfaction rates regarding treatment and aftercare services compared to other services at the both Hospital A and Hospital B. It is also evident that patients who visited to Hospital C felt pleased across all services.
In more detail, the percentage of patients who gave a good feedback on treatment and aftercare services stood at 85% and 83%, respectively. Pleasant opinions about hospital staff’s care were received from 74% of patients as against to 46% of patients regarding waiting time.
In terms of Hospital B, there was several distinctions with percentages. The majority of visitors to this hospital found that aftercare service is better, at 70%, than others. 68% and 53% of visitors were content with treatment process and waiting time, respectively. Only 38% of patients said good service was done by hospital staff.
When it comes to Hospital C, a significantly higher proportion of satisfied people can be seen virtually across all services. The figure for waiting time stood at 92%, while treatment process and aftercare service recorded 84% and 82%, respectively. The percentage of people who were delighted with the service of hospital staff were just at 81%.
