Overall, the proportion of the workforce who are women is noticeably higher than that of female managers in most surveyed countries,, except for Australia. Interestingly, it is Sri Lanka where female managers were significantly low compared to women labor with the largest difference between these two categories.
Regarding countries with high percentage of women in management, Australia has 43% of its female employing for the position of a manager, which is 1 percentage point higher than those who do jobs that require physical health, which accounts for 42%. The amount of women having jobs in management in the United States occupied 43% of its population, which is similar to Australia, while up to 46% of them are performing in Labour Force.
Concerning the remaining nations, only 20% of Egyptian women contributed to the workforce. However, the proportion of female managers was even lower, only 12%. Japan and Sri Lanka are two countries with the biggest gap between these two surveyed categories, specifically 48% and 42% of women labor and 17% and 9% of female managers, representing 31% and 33% differences, respectively.
