Overall, man dominated both management and labour forces across five countries. Despite this, in majority countries, the rate of woman who are managers is lower than the one who are workforce.United States have the largest percentage of female worked in labour force, making up into 46%. Meanwhile, the lowest percentage occurred in Egypt, making up only around a half as much as the United States’ percentage. In management, Australia and United States acounted for the largest proportion of female managers, making up into 43%. The lowest percentage of woman worked in management occured in Sri Lanka, making up only 9%.
There is masive gap between the proportion of female workers in labour force and management in Egypt, Sri Lanka, and Japan. The reverse trend occured in Australia and United States. In United States, 46% of workers in labour force are woman and 43% of workers in management are woman. Similary, the employers in Australia let 42% of workplaces in labour force fill by woman and 43% in management.
