The table compares the data relating to women in five nations in terms of the workforce and working in field of management. Overall, it is apparent that women in Japan working as staff are dominant among all countries, while the contrast is true for Egypt. In addition, the rate of management girls in Australia and the U.S. are the highest in comparison to Sri Lanka.
First and foremost, with 42% of female workers, Japan’s figure becomes the highest, followed closely by the figure for America at 46% and that for Australia and Sri Lanka, which both reach the proportion of 42%. Meanwhile, the percentage of the Egypt labor force being female witnesses the lowest at merely 20%.
Talking about the women in managerial position, both Australia and the United States are holding the highest rate, standing at 43%. On the contrary, the number of Japan and Egypt women working as managers are just 17% and 12%, respectively. The most striking country, Sri Lanka, has only 9%.
