The table compares the amount of money allocated for developing countries by the USA, EU countries and others between 2006 and 2010.
Overall, the total amount of donated money increased over the period. The USA had the highest contribution to developing countries whereas EU and other countries saw a decline.
The USA rose whole period and its donation was higher than the EU and others. At the beginning of the year, it increased to at the end of the year except 2009. This was followed by EU and other countries with small growth. In 2006, the USA donated 9,8 million. In the next two years, it continued growing to 11and 17 million in 2007 and 2008. In 2009, its contribution decreased slightly. However, it was hit its peak to 20,3 million in 2010. Notably, although the EU and other nations aided less money to developing countries, the total amount of money experienced a rise all over the whole period from 15,7 million to 28,1 million respectively.
In addition, the EU and other countries had a low donation each year. Their contribution was an average around 4 million. Similarly, the other countries had the lowest amount of money in the years, 2007 and 2009.
