Overall, the figure for the USA, EU and other states followed similar upward patterns. Moreover, the USA stood out among other countries with noticeable higher figures in each year.
The USA along with European Union exhibited similar changes. The rates of the USA and European Union composed 9.8 and 3.1 millions of dollars in 2006 respectively. After a slight rise to $11 million the donation of the USA improved further to $17 million in 2008. There was minimal decline to 16.7 in 2009 in the proportion of money spent on donation in the USA, but that then peaked significantly next year, reaching just $20.3 million. To European Union, a considerable climb to $3.9 million was seen in the amount of money spent on donation in EU countries between 2006 and 2008. Amount of money given to provinces by EU grew insignificantly in 2010 reaching $4.1 million, before reducing to $3.6 million 2009.
On the other hand, alternative foreign countries expenditures increase it minimally throughout the four year period from $2.8 to $3.7 million accordingly. With regards to, starting at $15.7 million 2006, the total amount of money is pending to develop countries increased to $17.6 million in 2007. Despite dipping slightly from $24.4 to $23.5 in 2009, in the amount of money which the government allocated to emerging nation jumped noticeably to $28.1 in 2010
