The table gives the information about the number of international visitors’ arrivals to nine different countries and their percentage changes from 2009 to 2010.
Overall, Germany, China and Turkey showed the highest changes in their percentage. Some countries saw a small growth in their countries-Italy, Spain, US and UK, despite the fact that France did not change through out the period. Lastly,Hong Kong faced a decline in percentage.
In 2009, the France saw the highest result showing 76 millions visitors and US ranked the second place showing 66 millions arrivals. Spain and UK saw the same patterns, resulting 55 millions both of them. Italy stated with 44 millions, Turkey with 33 millions and China showed 22 millions. Germany and Hong Kong saw the approximately similar patterns with 11 and 10 millions.
In 2010, Germany had the highest increase in foreign visitors from 11 millions it doubled to 22, showing +109%. Turkey and China also saw a growth in their arrivals,the former raised from 33 to 45 with +33% change, and the latter increased from 22 to 34 with +55%. The Italy, Spain and US showed the similar results with adding 1 millions to all of them, by not going over 2.3% and Uk increased from 55 to 57 millions, resulting +3.6%. Despite the fact that Hong Kong was the only country, which declined from 10 to 9 millions, showing -11%.
